My faith and family are at the center of who I am and have played an important role in bringing me to where I am today. Before entering insurance, I spent more than 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, eventually becoming an Operating Partner. I learned that leadership is about people: listening, solving problems and taking care of those who put their trust in you.
